Neck Pain
Neck pain often builds over time.
Desk work, posture, stress, previous injuries, and repetitive strain can all contribute to ongoing neck discomfort and stiffness. Our Gonstead assessment is designed to analyse spinal movement, posture, and upper cervical mechanics in detail.
We focus on identifying areas of abnormal spinal stress and reduced movement that may be contributing to recurring neck tension.
Common findings may include:
Forward head posture
Upper cervical dysfunction
Reduced neck mobility
Cervicothoracic tension
Muscle overload from prolonged sitting
